In June 2016, Maximum Lending launched an initiative designed to better connect Loan Officers with customers looking to purchase a home or refinance. Maximum Lending’s Lead Conversion Associates (LCAs) work leads that come from pre-qualifications, past customers and online lead submissions. Once the LAP determines that the customer is ready to talk, the call is immediately transferred to Loan Officers.
Since the program’s inception, Loan Officers have warmly embraced it, noting that they can better manage their time and resources with greater efficiency since they are free to focus on bringing in new business. Customers have responded favorably and appreciate the increased level of service.
